Since our products are bespoke and crafted with care, production times vary. On average, orders take 2–4 weeks to be completed and delivered across Canada. International orders may take longer depending on shipping.
Because our pieces are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work to resolve it.
Minor changes may be possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible.
